Social knitting
Sip, Stitch & Socialize: We’ve reserved a special knitting nook on the ship, and you’re invited to join us. Let the day “unravel” in the lounge—no obligations, no requirements, no heavy talk.
Whether you simply want to join us for a drink or are ready to knit a full cable blanket, everyone is welcome to sit back, watch Alaska’s majestic landscape glide by, and enjoy the company of fellow knitters. Chat with new friends and share the camaraderie of connecting with others who share your love of yarn and all things knitting.
What to Expect!
Knitting Workshops
Level up your skills onboard: Join us for hands-on workshops led by experienced knitting instructors in a private setting. Learn new techniques, pick up tips and tricks, or discover new ways to construct a garment directly from some of the top experts in the field.
Each class offers the chance to learn something new about your favorite hobby in a friendly, group setting. From beginners to experienced knitters, our classes are designed to be accessible, engaging, and useful for a wide range of skill levels.
Dining
Get to know your instructors outside the classroom and workshop setting! The Knit At Sea group will dine together each evening, giving you the chance to share a table with an instructor.
These casual dinners offer a relaxed, social space to chat about knitting—or simply enjoy a great meal together while talking about all the exciting things you’ve seen along the beautiful Alaskan coast.
Seating for dining is assigned and round robin style so that you can meet fellow knitters.
